1. What do I need to rent a scooter or ATV?

You need a valid driver’s license:

For scooters up to 50cc, an AM license is required.

For scooters 125cc and above, you need an A1, A2, or A license

For ATVs (quads), a B (car) license is required.

2. Is insurance included?

Yes, basic insurance is included:

The regular insurance included is basic insurance, which typically covers third-party liability in case of accidents or damage to other vehicles or property. It may not cover damages to the rental vehicle or personal injuries, so it’s good to check the specific terms and conditions for more details.

3. Is there an excess fee?

YES! Our rentals come with  EXCESS.

4. Do you offer free cancellation?

Yes! You can cancel for free up to [3] DAYS before your rental starts.

5. Do you require a security deposit?

A small refundable deposit may be required, depending on the vehicle.

6. Can I pick up and drop off the scooter or ATV at a different location?

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup in most areas. Just let us know in advance.

7. Are helmets included?

Yes, helmets are provided for free with every rental.

8. Can two people ride on the same scooter or ATV?

Yes, if the vehicle is designed for two passengers.

9. What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

We provide 24/7 road assistance, so you’ll never be stranded.

10. Can I rent a scooter or ATV without experience?

We recommend having some experience, especially for ATVs and larger scooters. We’ll give you a quick introduction before you ride.

11. How do I book?

You can book online, by phone, or visit our offices in Argostoli city or Lassi. Early booking is recommended, especially in peak season!

12. Are fuel costs included in the rental price?

No, fuel is not included. You receive the vehicle with a certain fuel level and should return it with the same amount.

13. What type of fuel do the scooters and ATVs use?

Most scooters and ATVs use unleaded petrol (95 octane). We’ll inform you of the correct fuel type when you pick up your vehicle.

14. Is there a mileage limit?

No! Unlimited mileage is included, so you can explore Kefalonia freely.

15. Do you provide child seats for scooters or ATVs?

No, child seats are not available, and it is not recommended to carry young children on scooters or ATVs.

16. Can I take the scooter or ATV on a ferry to another island?

YES, taking our vehicles on a ferry is allowed BY MOTOROUND AYTHORIZATION

Yes, helmets are mandatory by law in Greece for both drivers and passengers.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

20. Can I rent a vehicle if I just got my driver’s license?

You must be at least 23 years old for a scooter and 24+ for larger scooters and ATVs, with at least 3 year of driving experience.

21. Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! If you’re renting multiple vehicles, contact us for special rates.

22. What happens if I get a fine while renting the vehicle?

Traffic fines are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the local authorities.

23. Can I leave my luggage at your office while I explore?

Yes, we offer free luggage storage for our customers.

24. What are your office hours?

We are open from 9.00am until 21pm, but we also offer flexible pickup and drop-off times.

25.Can I be picked up from the airport and dropped back there?

You can choose a pick-up location at the airport, a hotel or in the city.
